DECEMBER 1 - 4, 2020
2020 marks the 10th anniversary of the WA Small Fruit Conference and Lynden Ag Show that has been a popular event held every December in Lynden, WA. The conference focuses on everything related blueberry, red raspberry, and strawberry production with speakers from around North America.
Typically, over 500 attendees come to this event in person. This year the organizers have had to navigate COVID-19 issues and restrictions and pivot towards a fully virtual event for 2020. As a benefit, people can attend from anywhere in the world with a good internet connection. We expect to draw many more to this year’s show.
With over 20 different speakers, the event will cover a variety of relevant topics that include: pest management, development in small fruit breeding, international trade issues, and horticulture management.
Attendees will be able to engage with speakers, vendors, and sponsors as they have in the past via the virtual event platform. Live meetings can be held with exhibitors/sponsors, chats with representatives and other attendees can happen in real time, and even short vendor presentations can be made to up to 25 people at a time in their virtual exhibit “booth”.
Additionally, those interested in obtaining pesticide recertification credits will be able to get up to 10 credits for Washington State. Applications for credits in Oregon and British Columbia is underway as well as CCA credits.
2020 registration is now open!
